NG Lux Transportation Online Booking – Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation:

• All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from NG Lux Transportation. The confirmation will include details such as date, time, pick-up/drop-off locations, and the assigned vehicle.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee. NG Lux Transportation reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the total service cost.

3. Changes to Reservation:

• Any changes to the reservation, such as adjustments to the pick-up/drop-off locations or service time, must be communicated to NG Lux Transportation at least 12 hours before the scheduled service. Changes are subject to availability.

4. Payment Terms:

• Payment for the transportation service is due at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been made. NG Lux Transportation accepts major credit cards and electronic payment methods.

5. Additional Charges:

• Any additional charges incurred during the service, such as extra stops or extended wait times, will be added to the final invoice. Clients will be informed of these charges during the service.

6. No-Show Policy:

• In the event of a no-show (client not present at the designated pick-up location), the full cost of the reservation will be charged.

7. Vehicle Substitution:

• NG Lux Transportation reserves the right to substitute the booked vehicle with an alternative of equal or greater value in the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as mechanical issues or vehicle unavailability.

8. Conduct of Passengers:

• Clients and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner during the transportation service. Any damage caused by clients or their guests to the vehicle will result in additional charges for repairs.

9. Force Majeure:

• NG Lux Transportation shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, and unforeseen incidents.

10. Confidentiality:

• NG Lux Transportation respects the privacy of its clients. All personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

11. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NG Lux Transportation operates.
